By Subscribing to The News Trader (TNT) Service and using the software you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. The decision to buy or sell any security that may be listed in the Service is done purely at the subscriber's own risk. Under no circumstances will TNT, Skilltrader LLC, its owners, officers, or employees be held liable for any losses incurred by the use of information contained in the Service. The risk factor is high in stock trading and only "Risk Capital" or "Risk Funds" should be used in such trading. A person who does not have extra Risk Capital, or Risk Funds, that they can afford to lose, should not trade in the market.

2. No "SAFE" trading system has ever been devised,and no one including us can guarantee profits or freedom from loss. The past results of any trading or investment recommendations are not necessarily indicative of future performance.

3. Information provided in the Service is for educational purposes only and that TNT is not, and does not represent itself to be offering or recommending any securities to be bought or sold. We are not brokers or stock advisors. The service is provided as a guide only, which must be tempered by the investment experience and independent decision making process of the subscriber or investment advisor.

4. The information provided in the Service is for the personal use of the subscribers only and subscribers will not copy, resell, or distribute the information in any way. Subscribers will not share passwords. Password use is tracked and monitored. Multiple use of passwords will result in the cancellation of service with no refund.

5. TNT will NOT accept any funds from any companies to promote or recommend their stocks. If any subscriber asks us to promote or pump up a particular stock or company, they will be immediately terminated from the service.

6. There are no refunds on subscriptions with the exception of our performance agreement. If you forget to cancel your subscription you will be charged for the period with no refund.

7. Information provided through the Service has been independently obtained from various providers through sources believed to be reliable. The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information is not guaranteed by the Service. There may be delays, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information. You agree that the Service will not have any liability, contingent or otherwise, for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or correct sequencing of the information or for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance upon the information or the Services, or for interruption of any data, information, or any other aspect of the Service. There is no warranty of any kind regarding the information or any aspect of the Service or software.

8. The daily returns shown on the website are based on the picks generated by the software and does not reflect actual execution from a stock brokerage firm.

9. DAY TRADING involves high risks and YOU can LOSE a lot of money. Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight.
