If you have paid by PayPal, to cancel service you must go to your account
at PayPal.
Your subscription is renewed automatically every 30 days unless you
cancel. There are no refunds if you forget to cancel.
If you have subscribed through PaySystems, email your request through
the contact form.
As long
as you maintain your subscription, your service will continue uninterrupted
with no change in passwords.
If you wish to change
from Premium service to Standard service, you need to cancel
your subscription at the end of the current period, then re-subscribe
at the Standard
level.
If you wish to change
from Standard service to Premium service, email your request.
You will be given a prorated amount that will enable you to pay for
the balance
of the current period,. At the end of the current period, you will need
to cancel
your Standard subscription then re-subscribe at the Premium level.
