| If during the 30 day period of your subscription, the average return
for all picks is not positive, (greater than 0) you'll be refunded
the subscription fee for that period. For purposes of tracking the
results, all picks from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern will be used for
the entire 30 day period. Any open trades at 4:00 PM will be closed
at the BATS ECN price at that time. The return does not include broker
commission or slippage, if any.
Note that this is not a subjective "unconditional
satisfaction" refund guarantee, but a performance agreement based
on the objective performance of our software picks and not just picks
the subscriber may have taken, but all picks generated by the software
as described above.
Also note that subscriptions are renewed automatically every 30 days
and there is no refund if you forget to cancel before it is renewed.
The Headline Scanner software service is not covered by the above terms
since there are no entry and exit prices given. A prorated refund is
offered on this service.
